A successful therapeutic experience begins with finding a therapist who’s the right fit for you.

My Approach

I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and I approach therapy with compassion and collaboration, tailoring my methods to your unique needs and goals.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and more. I recognize that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I work to adapt my approach to best support you.

A core part of my practice is rooted in mindfulness, acceptance, and compassion, principles that help guide healing and growth.

Areas of Concern

Some of the concerns I help support clients in:

  • Anxiety (generalized, panic, phobias)

  • Obsessive compulsive disorder

  • Intrusive, sticky thoughts and ruminating

  • relationship and attachment concerns

  • depression

  • grief

  • trauma

  • mild-moderate addiction concerns

  • life transitions

Specialities

I have completed training in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). ERP involves collaborative and gradual exposure to help us face our feared obsessions while eliminating compulsions to break the cycle of OCD.

I also enjoy working with clients who may hold attachment wounds from grief and or/ relational trauma using a narrative therapy and internal family systems-informed approach.
